The tests are divided into mid-term and final tests which are done once for every trimester for each.

 

Make-up exam comprises make up mid exam and make up final exam. These exams will be arranged together with the mid exam and final exam of the courses in the running trimester. Make up exam, both mid and final, may be taken a maximum of three times during the study period for each course. Students who have passed the thesis exam are not allowed to take make up exams. The valid grade is the better one between the grade of before and of after make-up exam.

To take make-up Exam, students should register themselves to Office of Academic Affairs in the determined period. The cancellation of make-up exam should be submitted to Office of Academic Affairs within not less than 2 (two) days before the make up exam. Students who do not submit the cancellation will be considered taking the exam and receive the grade as D.
