Students must: - Be punctual and must arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the exam begins. Students who arrive late must obtain a written permission from the Head of Office of Academic Affairs to take part in the exam
- Sit in the seats designated on the plan displayed, based on registration number.
- Male students must wear ties. Any male student not wearing a tie will not be permitted to take the exam.
- Show his or her student identity card to the officer
- Sign the exam attendance list
- During the exam, students are not permitted to:
- Bring notebooks or notepads to the exam desk, and are not permitted to open books while the exam is in progress, unless otherwise directed by the lecturer concerned
- Borrow equipment belonging to other students while the exam is in progress
- Talk to other students while the exam is in progress
- Smoke or eat in the room while the exam is in progress
- Leave the exam center while the exam is in progress, for any reason. Washrooms should be used before the exam begins
- Activate mobile phone
- Cheat while the exam is in progress.
- Cheating in an exam includes:
- Clear cut cases of cheating
- Behavior which makes the supervisor suspect that a student is cheating, such as smiling at other students, glancing at other students' exam papers, and making eye contact with the supervisor on more than three occasions.
