Upon Arrival-Type Visa B (Social Visit Visa)

THINGS TO DO UPON ARRIVAL

The following activities are addressed only to foreign students who hold Social Visit Visa (Visa Type: B)

On every weekday at office hours (Monday to Friday, 08hr-15hr) at MMUGM Building:
  1. Prepare your passport and its landing card (white paper you received prior to your landing)
  2. Prepare yourself to take a digital picture in a photo lab. Please dress properly
  3. Prepare IDR40,000 for the photo processing price
  4. Prepare IDR50,000 for the local police report
  5. Submit your proof of flight reservation/ticket or its copy
  6. Submit your passport or its copy
  7. Go to my office because we will accompany you to the photo lab to take picture collectively
  8. Visiting MMUGM facilities (to get the locker keys and to get to know relevant staffs)
  9. Filling in Application Form from UGM (a staff will guide you)
Business Fun Games
An icebreaking program to ease you get to know each other smoothly, get new friends, and adjust to new surroundings soon. You are recommended to put on casual or sporty wears (T-shirt and sneakers). We provide you with breaks and lunch for free.

Dress codes:

During class hours (07.00 am – 04.00 pm) or when you meet with the lecturers at the MMUGM building please dress properly. Male students put on ties and female students put on skirts or trousers with blouses or blazers. In other activities after the office hours such as group discussion meetings, you may wear casual dress but T-shirt, sandals, and short pants are not allowed for visiting library.
